- Purchase invoice to be attached.
- Within 15 days from the purchase date.
- Goods not subject to alteration either by us or outside.
- Good to be in new and unused conditions.
- Goods should have all labels including barcode and at its original package.
- If the refund accepted by the shop, then credit note only can be issued with one year validity.
